CALL FOR ARTISTSThe Morgan Conservatory is the largest arts center in the United States dedicated to every facet of papermaking, book arts and letterpress printing and to cultivating the talents of established and emerging artists. An international destination that is free and open to the public, the Morgan Conservatory is a working studio, gallery, gathering place for the community, educational hub and purveyor of some of the finest handmade papers in the world.
The Morgan Conservatory's seventh Juried Exhibition is open to all artists living in United States. All submitted work must be original and completed within the past three years. Only artwork consisting of at least 50% paper is eligible. Dimensions must not exceed 60 inches in any direction. Each artist is welcome to submit up to 2 entries. Artwork must be wired and framed (if media applicable) and ready to hang (no saw-tooth hangers), or come with hanging directions.
Registration fee is $25 for up to 2 submissions.

Public Opening Reception: March 29, 6-9pm

Notification of selected/non-selected artwork: February 15, 2019
Accepted artwork must be delivered by: March 15, 2019

Runner Up: $300

Viewer’s Choice Award: $50 Morgan Gift Certificate

The gallery will retain 30% commission on all artwork sales. In the event of a sale, the artist will be notified at the closing of the exhibit and mailed a check for 70% of the sale.
All shipping costs to and from the Morgan Conservatory are the responsibility of the artist. Artwork must arrive by March 15, 2019. It will be shipped back the week after the closing of the exhibit, or must be picked up within a week after closing. The Morgan Conservatory is not liable for any artwork left after this time.
The Morgan Conservatory reserves the right to photograph and reproduce all exhibit entries regardless of copyright. Such materials will be used for promotional and/or educational purposes only.
